Product Information
Towards the end of World War 2, the German army command ordered Porsche to manufacture a superheavy tank with a mounted 12.8cm gun.
Only 2 prototypes were manufactured in 1943, serial production was never started.
This tank had a weight of 188 tons, which would have made bridge crossing practically impossible.
One remaining "Maus" prototype is exhibited at the "Kubinka" tank museum.
