Based on a children's book The story is about a young boy whose dog has recently died and builds a snowman with a small dog out of the remaining snow, At the stroke of midnight the Snowman And The Snowdog magically come alive and they visit the North Pole to meet Father Christmas who gives the boy a magic collar for the dog.
