The F-86D Sabre, also known as the "Sabre Dog," was an American transonic jet fighter aircraft. Developed in the early 1950s by North American Aviation, it represented a significant advancement in jet-powered flight. This aircraft was an all-weather interceptor variant of its predecessor, the F-86 Sabre, which played a pivotal role during the Korean War.
