Power Health Epsom Salts are suitable to take as a food supplement or to use externally. Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) derive their name from a salty spring in Epsom, Surrey.

When Magnesium Sulphate is absorbed through the skin, such as in a bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling and relaxes muscles.

Ingredients: - Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate).

Directions:

• As a Food Supplement: Recommended for adults. Take up to 3g dissolved in a cup (250ml) of warm water, once a day.
• As Bath Salts: Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom Salts in a bath of warm water to relieve muscle aches and pains.
