Natures Aid Complete EFA provides 400mg Fish Oil, 400mg of Flaxeed Oil and 400mg of starflower oil.
This means that it provides Omega 3, 6 and 9 in the perfect balance for the body. The Fish Oil in this product is sourced from small oily fish, Anchovies, Sardines and Pilchards from the South Pacific and serves as a source of EPA and DHA.
