LEGO Friends is an exciting range of building construction sets, which is aimed primarily at girls aged 6-12. The range was launched in 2012 with a focus on the figures being more detailed than other Lego Minifigures.
The theme is based in Heartlake city, where five best friends interact with everyday scenarios, whether it’s going to the Water Park or the Cinema.
Each LEGO Friend has a different hobby, such as:
- Andrea who loves to perform and entertain her friends at the Roller Disco Arcade.
- Emma who loves to create and using her imagination Art School
- Mia who loves anything to do with being outside, such as animals and nature, so enjoys Beach glamping, or Wildlife Rescue
- Olivia who loves anything to do with STEM and enjoys putting these skills to use helping others Space Academy
- Stephanie loves sport and anything to do with health and fitness Sailing Adventure
The 5 best friends can also join together to enjoy any of the City sets such as Main Street Building Set and the Water Park Building Set.
The great thing about LEGO Friends is that they are fully compatible with our other Lego Sets. So you can create any scenario you wish and join up Heart Lake city with LEGO Star Wars or NINJAGO if you so wish.
