The carefully selected nutrients chosen for OptiGUT-C are:

• Calcium – to support the normal function of digestive enzymes to support healthy digestion.
• Magnesium – to support normal muscle function, including those in the bowel.
• Inulin – a source of prebiotic fibre, extracted from raw fruits and vegetables, thought to provide a food source for the bacteria of your microbiome.

Directions:

• Adults and children aged over 10 years: 1 teaspoon (4g) per day for 3 days, creasing to 2-3 teaspoons (8-12g) if required.
• Maintenance Dose: 1 teaspoon (4g) per day.
• Children aged 2-10 years: Half a teaspoon (2g) per day for 3 days, increasing up to a teaspoon (4g) 1 to 2 times daily if required.
• Powder may be added to drinks, cereals, yoghurts, smoothies, water or taken directly from the spoon.
